Identity Magazine is seeking a highly energetic entrepreneurial Advertising Sales Director with a successful track record of driving revenue in a diverse, multi-platform, multi-media environment.
This position is responsible for revenue growth across all platforms including Online Magazine, Tour, Online Show, Magbook, etc. Our online audience is an average 10,000 unique visitors a month.
The Advertising Sales Director must foster an attitude of exceptional customer service and provide motivation, leadership and fresh ideas to the selling process. It requires a can-do attitude as well as strong organizational, communication and computer-related skills.
PRIMARY SKILLS: The vision and passion to drive growth in print (Magbook Sales), digital and mobile sales. Successful sales experience in print and digital products Track record of assessing clients marketing needs & preparing an effective solution that combines a menu of interactive & mobile branding & marketing methods with the stability of print reach & penetration.
The ability to manage, develop, hire and lead a high performance sales team Strong analytical ability to budget, forecast and effectively apply market research in the sales process Drive the business by developing and implementing sales and marketing objectives, performance metrics and related strategies. The successful candidate will lead cross-selling efforts in print and digital solutions, and must possess a demonstrated familiarity with the Internet, including mobile applications and social media.
He or she must have the ability to think strategically, to identify opportunities and to work well within a team environment.
