No Room For Fear or the Comparison Syndrome

No Room For Fear, Judgement, Comparison or Jealousy

Written by Susan Vernicek

Do you struggle with comparison syndrome? Or give power to fear?

Repeat after me :: “There is no room in my world for fear, hate, judgement, comparison, or jealousy”

These word came to me as I had a nightmare last night about a mean ghost.. random… or not. I don’t know.  However, it made me reflect about fear.  Then after thinking about fear, judgement, comparison and jealousy came to mind.

I work hard to remind myself not to be scared and not to give power to fear as I’ve been making moves for years. I’ve been living out my dreams and creating opportunities that fuel my spirit, soul, and creativity.

We all deserve that right?

You deserve it.
Your Mom deserves it.
Your siblings deserve it.
Your friends deserve it.
Your colleagues deserve it.

I encourage you on this day to support them, and of course, support yourself.

The Comparison Syndrome or Fear

The moment these emotions arise, take a deep breathe and let that crap go!  As you release that inhale, say to yourself “I will not give power to fear, judgement, comparison or jealousy”.

I’m telling you, practice this and you’ll see a shift!

Together, we can all live without fear, judgment, comparison, and jealousy because we deserve to.
